We support custom 3-side seal pouches based on the actual length, width, and thickness of your product. That means you don’t have to guess. We can help adjust the pouch size so it doesn’t look oversized on the shelf or end up too tight during filling. For projects that require child resistant packaging or higher barrier protection, you can also see our custom printed spout sample sachets and high barrier child resistant pouches. Send us your product size or a photo of your current pack, and we’ll help work out the right pouch size before production.

For best results, please consider product expansion, powder settling, or irregular shapes when selecting size. Stand-up pouches usually require a wider bottom gusset, while flat bags need more precise height control for retail presentation.
